Holiday extension: Orders placed between November 30 and December 25 may be returned until January 26.

Eligible Returns — Conditions

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags still attached
  • Free from fragrance, deodorant, makeup, marks, or damage

For health and hygiene reasons, bodysuits and bottoms must be tried on over personal underwear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following are strictly final sale:

  • Discounted or promotional items marked “final sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or altered merchandise
  • Products returned without original tags

Fees & Processing 

  • A $10.00 return fee is deducted from all refunds
  • Exchanges are free 
  • Store credit returns are processed with no fee

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of inspection approval.

Store Credit

If you select store credit, a digital gift card will be emailed to you once your return is approved. Store credit may be redeemed exclusively on our official e-commerce website and cannot be used in-store or through third-party retailers.

Exchange Shipping

Shipping times for exchanged items vary by location. We do not guarantee delivery timing for exchanges. Orders ship from Ontario.
